Worker's Compensation
As an employer, you owe it to yourself to do everything you can to keep to unnecessary
costs to a minimum. If you have an employee you have heard, or think, might be
"working the system" you should check it out. Professional surveillance can
establish the claimant's activities and provide evidence of his or her abilities.
Be watchful for:
- Accidents/injuries that were not witnessed by another
- Accidents on Monday morning or Friday afternoon
- Pending layoffs or business closing
- Sudden or high medical expenses in claimant's family
- Seasonal activities-baseball, volleyball, fishing, hunting,
children's or spouse's activities etc
Personal Injury
Whether you are the Plaintiff or Defendant you need to know you position in the claim.
What evidence is either for, or against you? A background of the opposing party as well as
inspection of the physical circumstances is recommended.
Product Liability
Did the product perform as it was supposed to?
If not, why? Was it a problem in the product or its use?
